Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan are joining forces, announcing plans on Tuesday to create a healthcare company with the aim of cutting healthcare costs and improving services for their US employees. The three companies said they planned to address the issues through an independent outfit that is “free from profitmaking incentives” and with a focus on “technology solutions”.
